Microfocus NNMI Installation Step by Step Procedure

·         Run Setup.exe with administrator rights.

·         Click on OK to proceed further.

·           Installation initialization is in progress.

·         Below is the Installation introduction screen, click NEXT to continue

·         Accept the terms of License Agreement and click NEXT.

·         Select installation type to “Typical” and click on NEXT to proceed.

·         Here we select “E:\” drive.

·         Select HP Enterprise Embedded Database and click on NEXT.

·         Select HPE Network Node Manager i 10.20.280 and click on INSTALL.

·         Packages are getting installed

·         Packages installation is in progress.

·         NNM creates default user “System”, kindly provide appropriate password.

·         Default NNMi Web Server port is 80

·         Default port for HTTPs communication is 443, keep as it is.

·         Kindly provide the FQDN of NNMi Server to enable SSO between NNMi and NNM iSPIs

·         System configuration for NNM is in progress.

·         NNMi configuration is complete, click Finish to proceed for further installation. You may check Config.log file for more details.

·         NNM installation is completed, HPE recommends to run “Quick Start Configuration Wizard” for initial deployment, Click Yes to continue. 

·         NNMi Installation is completed, Refer the summary and details and click DONE

·        NNMi Console (http://<nnmiserverip>/nnm)
