TrendMicro Apex One/Apex Central Email Notification Integration with Office365

    Follow below procedure to Integrate TrendMicro Apex One/Apex Central Email Notification with         Office365 using     SMTP Relay

    1) Install SMTP Relay from Add Role and Features.

    Select SMTP Server under Features and install it on the server.

    After Installing SMTP Relay Feature open Internet Information Services(IIS) Manager from Server        Manager

    Right Click on SMTP Server and select Properties

    Enter IP of SMTP Server and port as 25, and do the configuration as below screenshot.

 

    Under Outbound Security->Provide the email id of Office365, and select TLS encryption.

    Under Outbound connections-> provide TCP port as 587

    Under Advance option -> provide Smart Host: smtp.office365.com

    Once done, open TrendMicro Apex Central and go to Detections-> Notification-> Notification                 Method Settings

    Enter the Server IP Address of SMTP Relay Server 

    Port : 25

    Sender Email Address: 

    Dont enable ESMTP

    Now Save the settings.

    

    Now to test the Email Notificating Settings, go to Detections-> Notifications -> Event Notifications

Select any Event and click on Test.

You will get message as "Email notification was sent successfully"
