CA BOXI error | Database error: [DataDirect][ODBC OpenAccess SDK driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]AHD04043:The user name or password you entered is not correct. Please try again.. (IES 10901) (Error: INF)


Error while generating report from CABI of Broadcom CA Service Desk



Solution:

 

There seems to be a problem connecting from CABI to SDM object layer through the ODBC connection.

 

Please do the following:

1) Log into CABI Server


2) Open Universe Design

 

3) Go to Tool > File > Import > Import you Service Desk Universe

 

4) Once it is imported go to Tools > Connections

 

5) Select your Service Desk Connection >


Click on Test icon.

 

6) If you get the error here, click on edit connection icon  and update the username and/or password to a correct username/password


7)Test Connection until is successful


8) File > Export > Close WEBI > Open it again  and  try again.
